Dear Sir / Madam, I purchased your product CKJ Roots - Earth E30 150g from Markham, Canada recently. Is there a way to confirm the product I purchased is real but not counterfeit？ Can I enter the certificate number S/N into your web site or send you the certificate number in order to confirm the product I purchased is real？ I purchased the same product in Hong Kong before. The laser label attached to the box is different from the one I purchased in Canada. Can you confirm how's the laser label should looks like？ Can you send me the real product photos such as the laser label etc. What other ways can I distinguish between real and counterfeit?
